You are looking at a very unique product. As far as we know there is
nobody else in the world making guitars like this.We only produce two of
these guitars a week due to space and the number of steps along with drying times.
The guitar itself is a perfectly sound classical/acoustic hybrid.
Meaning: The body and the fret board are classical size, but the Bridge is reinforced
to withstand the tension of steel strings. allowing for extra brightness.
Specify which you prefer and we will string it with either steel or nylon.
The back of the guitar has one coat of white as a primer and than four coats of red, wet
sanded to 600 then 1600 and buffed between each coat.
over that are four layers of Polycrilic clear gloss wet sanded with first 600 then 1600 grit
and then buffed to a glassy finish. (try this at home) some people hate this kind of
work (rubbing a two square inch patch for a fifteen minutes)
Personally, We love it. It is very zen like.
On the front we only use two coats of polycrilic because we don't want the thickness to affect the sound performance.
It as sound as a new yamaha F335 and has the same tuners so it'll hold tuning just fine. .
Bottom line... It is beautiful. This guitar is great for on the boat or on the beach. You'll love it.
